I began searching for a replacement by looking at modern gaming headsets but the models I came across, had just as many pros as they had cons. Personally, I feel the original G502 has approached perfection and the identical nature of the shape, weight, buttons and tuning software really appealed to me. The largest noticeable and really only relevant change is the HERO sensor. Is the sensor alone worth the upgrade?
